A six week transformative program with innovative 30-minute sessions. Drawing from my extensive experience in the health and wellness industry, as well as my background in performance arts, I’ve crafted a comprehensive program that encompasses training, breathwork, mobility exercises, meditation, and weekly one-on-one check-ins. In addition, participants can undergo a full blood panel analysis to ensure a thorough understanding of their health needs.
