My diverse background includes work with internationally renowned fitness companies, live class instruction for treadmill and bike workouts, as well as fun run warm-up performances and exercise classes for large conferences. I've also spent over 30 years teaching fitness in various modalities, including dance, strength training, CrossFit, running, and more.

My presentations and performances focus on a singular, empowering message: that each person's fitness journey is unique, and it's a matter of perspective. I emphasize the importance of not comparing oneself to others or societal norms of fitness. My goal is to make workouts enjoyable, educational, and challenging, regardless of an individual's ability. I strive for inclusivity and work to ensure everyone feels welcome in the world of fitness.
